We are recruiting for an assistant store manager for their brand-new store located near Chelsea. Renowned for their high-quality, comfortable garments, this company is a leader in its field.

As the assistant store manager, you will work with the store manager to own the store's success, overseeing all operational aspects, driving sales, and managing costs efficiently. They are seeking a people-focused leader with the ability to inspire their team and effectively collaborate with third-party stakeholders.

The position offers a competitive salary of up to £29,000, alongside additional benefits such as a discount, uniform allowance and wellbeing perks. There is a generous bonus scheme in place.
