Assistant Store Manager

The role will entail leading the team and maximising their developmental opportunities by upskilling them through training. Driving performance on the shop floor and setting the tone throughout, to allow for a welcoming atmosphere will also fall under your jurisdiction.

With proven experience in retail management, the ideal candidate will have an affinity for providing excellent customer service. Experience working in a fashionable retailer will be beneficial, whilst a proactive approach will be critical in an ever changing environment.
