Assistant Store Manager

Our client is a national beauty brand with a great reputation for innovation and producing brilliant products
We are seeking an assistant manager or supervisor to join their business for a site based in Birmingham Bullring.
You will lead your team of 5 staff, proactively engaging customers and ensuring that the brand is professionally represented.
You will be accountable for Stock Management, Service, Rota planning, Sales targets and staff performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in Beauty or fragrance, however its more important to have some managerial experience and a great attitude.
