Assistant Restaurant Manager

The role will entail supporting the restaurant manager in the day to day running of the site, fully equipping yourself to run the restaurant in their absence. The development of your team, to ensure they are adept in undertaking their responsibilities as well as maximising their potential will also fall under your jurisdiction.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a natural knack for leading a team and will have prior experience operating in a position of management. Understanding of the hospitality industry will also be critical to success within the role and being able to exceed customer service standards.
