Assistant Manager

A department store located near the Maidenhead area are looking for a retail manager to drive service standards within the business. The company sells a wide range of products and is a host to thousands of customers every day!

They are looking for a candidate with great people and coaching skills who can motivate their team and drive sales within the business whilst effectively managing stock and still providing a memorable customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience and display the ability to be a leader to a team of 10 – 15 people whilst being driven by commercial targets and displaying the ability to sell a variety different product types.

The role is paying up to £34,000.
