Your Role as Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is eager to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding retail service and meet sales targets
- Assist with all aspects of retail store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance
- Create an engaging and welcoming shopping environment
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new retail team members
- Monitor performance and provide coaching and development to drive team success
- Ensure the store runs smoothly, particularly during peak trading periods
- Work closely with the Store Manager to meet KPIs and business objectives
