Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales and performance by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure the store is well-presented with engaging displays that showcase products effectively.
• Take responsibility for stock management, ensuring availability and quality control.
• Train, develop, and motivate the team to achieve targets and maintain high operational standards.
• Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and ensure the team is well-informed to assist customers effectively.
