A fast growing womenswear retailer is seeking an assistant manager to join their team based in Lakeside Shopping Centre. With a strong presence across high streets and shopping centres in the UK, this brand has built a solid reputation. As an assistant manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance by motivating your team and working towards KPIs. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this business, so they are looking for someone passionate about building client relationships and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion retail, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs is essential, along with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering top-tier service.

This role offers a salary of up to £29,000 along with a range of employee benefits including a uniform allowance, generous staff discount and a good company based pension scheme.
