What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting the Store Manager in running the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times.
• Driving sales through strong retail knowledge and a customer-first approach.
• Taking on responsibility in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations and high store standards.
• Supporting in recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a retail or assistant management role, ideally in fashion retail.
• A genuine passion for fashion and a strong understanding of retail trends.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A customer-focused attitude with a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in stock management, visual merchandising, and sales reporting.
