Assistant Store Manager

Salary: £40,000 plus team bonus

Location: Established historic store-Mayfair

Store Hours: Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm

We have a wonderful opportunity for an assistant manager/established supervisor to join a classic British menswear brand.

This brand is globally recognised for its classic craftmanship and its history of notable clientele.

This is a long-standing team with a unique family feel environment, staff members enjoy working together.

In this role you opinion will matter; you will be part of global discussions about collections and new products.

About The Role:
In this role you will support the Store Manager and team to achieve sales objectives through mentorship and regular coaching; the objective is always to deliver exceptional service combined with product knowledge to all clients (often VIP’s).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assume the role of Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support Store Manager with team leadership, store administrates, opening and closure procedures, keyholding, inductions and trainings, implementing action plans and sales objectives.
• Organise and implement store rotations, shifts and holidays.
• Managed the CRM and loyal customers, handle enquiries from customers and escalate accordingly.
• Supervise after sales service request providing excellent service.
• Responsible for the daily business operations within the store

 About You:

• You will have a track record of assistant management/supervisor in a menswear brand working predominantly with made-to-measure, tailoring or bespoke
• Demonstrable selling skills
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Strong planning, organisation skill
• CRM knowledge
• Tailoring / MTM / Bespoke service services knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships across all levels
• Fluent in English – excellent verbal and written standards
