Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join a fabulous New Store for an expanding premium fashion brand in Belfast City. As the Assistant Manager you will be able to recruit, develop, motivate and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to new clients and customers.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a retailer who are growing and can demonstrate consistently strong results and have plans to push forward in the next 12 months with more openings. As the Assistant Manager, you will be able to demonstrate a strong management career in sectors such as fashion, RTW, footwear, jewellery, watches or cosmetics - premium/luxury brands preferred.

As an Assistant Manager you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service. We want a passionate retail leader who is excited to be managing and controlling budgets and driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained.

As an Assistant Manager you will be passionate abut people, product and experience, you have the freedom to drive your team and be responsible for the delivery of a luxury service.

Responsibilities as an Assistant Store Manager:

*Have high visual standards across all store areas

*Lead the team in store to achieve results with CRM

*Drive performance and sales through a luxury experience and service

*Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers

*Enjoy what you do and show this to your team

As an Assistant Manager we are keen to have the following qualities and experiences:

*Fashion retail experience in either store management or senior management

*Able to manage KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance

*Has a track record of driving sales and performance

*Enjoys retail and makes sure it's a fun place to work!
