Assistant Manager

A beauty/cosmetics retailer founded by one of the most influential celebrities in our modern era is looking for an assistant manager in the Stockport area. This company has accumulated a mass following of loyal customers and has intentions of expanding further and wider.

As business manager you will need to be familiar with working to KPI’s and be an effective team motivator to drive sales as well as operational excellence. Outstanding customer service is imperative within this role as well as the ability to build client/customer relationships to encourage brand loyalty.

The chosen candidate will ideally have a passion for make- up and cosmetics and have experience working in an environment that consists of leading customers through an entire sales ceremony.

The role is paying up to £28,000 with up to 3% uncapped commission based on sales targets.
