Assistant Counter Manager

We are seeking an assistant counter manager to join an industry-leading fragrance company located in Birmingham City Centre. This company embraces the harmony of science and beauty in all its forms, fostering kindness toward themselves, others, and the planet.

As an assistant counter manager, you will support the counter manager by focus on delivering exceptional customer service, building customer loyalty, and driving sales growth. You'll foster a dynamic, tenacious, and motivated team.

A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to upholding brand standards are essential. You will lead your team to success, drive KPIs, and create a positive, supportive environment. Leading by example, you'll provide training and development where needed. Experience in event planning, product launches, and promotions is important, and experience in luxury products is a plus.
