Area Manager

This premium multi-product retailer is looking for an area manager to join its industry leading team. The company is planning to continue its rapid growth with expansion plans on the horizon, providing plenty of opportunities to maximise sales and develop the team.

The role, based out of Edinburgh airport, will entail, overseeing the performance of managers and your team as well as being an ambassador for the company. Ensuring your team maximise their potential and collaboration across the business will also be required.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people manager, with a proactive mindset to identify opportunities to drive the business forward. Proven management experience within retail is also desirable.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £40,500 and a favourable work/life balance, that will only see your work every other weekend.
