A leading high street fashion retailer is seeking an Apparel Graphic Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the High Street fashion industry, specializing in apparel graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential for creating artwork, prints, repeats, and branding across multiple product categories, while ensuring each brand’s unique DNA is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyse trends and competitors to create customer trend boards.
• Attend UK and international festivals to identify and understand target customers.
• Develop and present initial design concepts to managers.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of various print techniques.
• Produce accurate technical graphic CAD design specifications.
• Liaise with product developers and factories, providing clear and concise feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the buying and design teams.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
