Administrator – Reservations
● Salary range - £24,400 - £28,400 ● Contract type - This is a permanent role 15 hours per week on a 3 week rota 2 weeks Monday and Friday 7.5 hours per day 1 week Friday and Saturday 7.5 hours per day Earliest start time 7am and latest finish time 6 pm This role is not fully remote. ● Working pattern- 15 hours per week. ● Location - This role is based at The Odney Club, Cookham, Berkshire - with blended working midweek once fully trained Key responsibilities ● Other admin responsibilities relating to the general hotel administration, membership and supporting New starter Inductions. Occasional Financial processing. ● The role will require collaboration with other areas of the hotels, allowing you a chance to communicate and work with other Partners and develop your skills. ● The role will offer you opportunities to display your talent, people management skills and knowledge of working as part of a successful team. ● Flexibility is required to attend in person training based at Odney Essential skills/experience you’ll need Hospitality is an ever changing environment with a real focus on great customer service and providing an experience for our guests.
